By browsing, creating an account, or purchasing garments through the NAAKSH digital storefront, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

NAAKSH designs limited-run streetwear and oversized luxury essentials. All product listings are subject to real-time inventory availability:

• All storefront prices are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) inclusive of standard domestic duties.
• We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors or adjust pricing prior to order confirmation.
• Garment color swatches may slightly vary depending on display calibration and photographic studio illumination.
• Limited drop items are produced in deliberate quantities and may sell out permanently.

When you place an order with NAAKSH, you commit to providing accurate delivery addresses and reachable mobile contact details:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Payment must be rendered in full to the courier rider upon parcel handover.
• Order Confirmation: Orders may require telephone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch to prevent false addresses.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders suspected of fraudulent intent or bulk automated re-selling.

We partner with leading courier carriers across Pakistan to ensure swift and secure fulfillment:

• Standard Delivery Timeline: 3 to 7 business days from warehouse dispatch.
• Major Metros: Expedited transit times apply to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are transparently itemized on the checkout review screen.
• NAAKSH is not liable for unavoidable courier disruptions caused by extreme weather, civil strikes, or transit closures.

We stand behind our 240 GSM craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied with size or fit, we provide a 7-day return/exchange window:

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retained with original tags and packaging intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of courier delivery confirmation.
• Defective or mismatched items are exchanged with complimentary reverse courier pickup.
• Approved refunds or store credits are processed within 7-10 business days of warehouse inspection.

All visual content, graphics, custom artwork, logos, garment patterns, and editorial photography hosted on this site are the exclusive property of NAAKSH and protected under intellectual property legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized brand impersonation is strictly prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
